An independent, nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of pets and people in Southeast Missouri. Provides shelter and adoption services for animals. No fee to bring in animals. Adoption process takes about 30 minutes. Cost to adopt varies. Spay and Neuter Program: income guidelines apply, must show proof of income.
