Safe House of Southeast Missouri

Residential and non-residential services for adults and children who have experienced domestic violence, sexual violence, dating violence and stalking. Residential services are provided at a confidential shelter. Non-residential services are provided at the Outreach Office. Also provides counseling, support groups, case management, court advocacy, community education and outreach, and a youth violence prevention program for jr. high and high school students. Agency also offers Batterer Intervention Program to help men who batter women learn why and to prevent further abuse. Program is primarily for Cape Girardeau, Bollinger and Scott Counties. All services are confidential and free of charge. Thrift store is open Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm. Hotline open 24/7.
