Building Blocks

A free prenatal and early childhood home visitation program sponsored by Mercy Southeast. Program works to improve pregnancy outcomes and improve child health and development. Each mother is partnered with a registered nurse early in pregnancy and receives ongoing nurse home visits that continue through the child’s second birthday. Participants can be enrolled up to the day of delivery. Serves women who are Medicaid or WIC eligible that live in Bollinger, Butler, Cape Girardeau, Dunklin, Pemiscot, Mississippi, New Madrid, Perry, Scott, Ste. Genevieve and Stoddard counties.
