Provides kidney disease patients with financial assistance for prescription medicines, insurance payments, and other treatment-related out-of-pocket expenses. Also provides education for anyone with or at risk for kidney disease. Patients in need of treatment-related financial assistance should speak with their dialysis center social worker about submitting an application to AKF.
