Southeast Missouri Behavioral Health
Program is a community based, non-medical provider of supportive residential and outpatient substance abuse, mental health, co-occurring disorders treatment services, and is certified by the Missouri Department of Mental Health as a provider of Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment. Individuals in supportive residence at this facility must not require nursing services nor have a condition requiring medical attention while in treatment. Transitional and supportive housing are available. Extensive case management and community support assistance are also available. Referrals are accepted from any social agency, medical facility, government entity, the clergy, and individuals on behalf of themselves or another. The facility is open; therefore, individuals may leave anytime at their discretion. To be admitted for service, individuals need only to present themselves for admission. After completion of an individual standardized screening instrument, the person may then be admitted to the least restrictive treatment program. Also provides six prescription drop boxes available as a free service to the public. Any unwanted or expired medications may dropped off anytime at police and sheriff offices in Butler, Carter, Reynolds, Ripley, Stoddard, and Wayne Counties. Visit the website at https://semobh.org/
