Eye Care America
EyeCare America is a public service program of the Foundation of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. The mission is to preserve sight by raising awareness about eye disease and providing access to medical eye care. The organization provides eye exams and up to one year of care to US citizens and legal residents age 65 and older.
Glaucoma Program provides glaucoma eye exams at no cost to eligible patients that are uninsured. Eyeglasses are not provided through either program. Visit the website at https://www.aao.org/eyecare-america
