Miracle Ear Foundation

Miracle Ear Foundation serves children and adults who have hearing loss through the Gift of Sound Hearing Aid Program. Program provides hearing aids to those that have hearing loss that requires amplification. Applicants must have exhausted all other available resources prior to applying and meet income guidelines of total household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.  A $200 application fee is required for adult applicants age 19 and over. Applicants must contact their local Miracle Ear store before starting the process.
