Agency’s mission is to create space and opportunities to unite the city through resources, relationships and community development. Based on three components of community gatherings and development, job training and employment. Agency offers job preparedness courses in partnership with an established job preparedness program called Work Life which is a Biblically-based 10 week program that meets twice a week. Work Life is designed for people who are unemployed or underemployed. The program inspires, guides, and equips participants as they prepare to find and keep meaningful employment. Throughout each course, participants work with an ally (mentor) who walks alongside them throughout the program. Participants can enroll in HiSET classes and graduate with a high school diploma as part of the program.
