Almost Home Transitional Housing

Serves young mothers, ages 16 to 28, who are pregnant or parenting and lack safe, stable housing. Transitional housing and after-care services are provided. Transitional housing services work to develop emotional, social, economic, academic and life skills so teens will become self-sufficient, responsible adults and parents to their children.
Also offers an employment program for single moms age 18-28. Program offers job training, placement, personal and professional development, child care stipend, transportation vouchers and life skills classes.
