AT&T Lifeline / Disabled Discount Plans

Lifeline Program provides discounted telephone and internet services to households receiving assistance through Food Stamps, LIHEAP, Medicaid, Sect. 8 Housing, TANF, SSI, Veterans Pension or Survivors Benefits. The Disabled Plan provides a discount to those participating in Social Security Disability, VA Disability, State Supplementary Disability, or State Aid to the Blind. Consumers can apply online via the National Verifier. Consumers can also download and print a copy of the application. Once the application has been approved by the National Verifier, call at 844.635.8470 (Weekdays, 8am to 8pm, Eastern Time) to provide address.
