Cape Girardeau County – Juvenile Office
To facilitate the care and protection of children referred to the Juvenile Division, and to work toward a safe community through containment, confinement and positive behavioral changes of the juvenile offender population. The guidelines for such services are set forth in the Missouri Juvenile Code (Section 211) and supplemented by Missouri Supreme Court Rules.
