Program provides Equine-Assisted Therapy that helps with a variety of physical, behavioral, and mental challenges as an alternative to traditional clinical settings. Center provides equestrian programs designed to help participants learn safe horsemanship skills while developing social skills, communication, confidence, self-esteem, overall physical fitness, better balance, coordination and agility. Center is run by a CHA Certified Riding Instructor. Programs include Horses for Heros, a 7 week program for veterans and Silver Saddles for able bodied riders age 55 and older. The Young Equestrian Program helps children that identify with depression, anxiety, self-harm, behavioral problems, hyperactivity, delinquency, poor school performance, bullying and those exhibiting anti-social behavior. Program provides one on one instruction with an individual curriculum that includes goals and objectives for each participant. Also offers equine assisted activities for participants who are unable to sit astride. Activities include grooming, leading, lunging and ground driving.  Program has 3 locations: 206 Saint George Lane, Sikeston, 3084 Old Fredericktown Road, Farmington and Perryville.
