Church offers 3 programs. Jeremiah House is a faith based 12 month recovery home for women who have been subjected to addiction, prostitution, homelessness and sexual, physical or emotional abuse.

Smiles of Hope dental services provides tooth extractions for any in need. Registration is required online at https://www.smilesofhopedental.com/registration. Patient will receive an appointment time during registration. Cost is $20 to register and then $10 per tooth that is extracted. No geographic boundaries for the dental service.

New Beginnings Recovery Center is sponsored by the church and provides recovery support services to those recovering from substance abuse. Services include anger management and a 6 week parenting class that is open to anyone. Recovery Support Services are through Access to Recovery and include anger management, group and individual recovery meetings, Bible studies and Spiritual Life Skills for both men and women. Program is credentialed by Missouri Department of Mental Health, Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse. Visit the church website at https://www.lhcdexter.com/index.php
