Missouri Health Net

Missouri’s Medicaid program is called MO HealthNet. MO HealthNet covers qualified medical costs for individuals who meet certain eligibility requirements. Coverage is provided for persons with disabilities, the blind or visually impaired, senior citizens age 65 and over, pregnant women and newborns, and families with children age 19 and under. Income guidelines will apply based on household size and income. Also covers uninsured women who are under age 65 and have been screened through the Show-Me Healthy Women Program and need treatment for breast or cervical cancer. MO HealthNet can also provide transportation to and from medical appointments. Applications can be made in person at locations listed below or online at http://mydss.mo.gov/healthcare
