Missouri Parent Act – MPACT

The program’s primary goal is to assist parents in their effort to effectively advocate for their children’s educational rights and services. The program provides parent training, information and serves children with disabilities, their families and communities in Missouri. The mission is to ensure that all children with special needs receive an education that allows them to achieve personal goals. Offers training for parent, youth, school staff and professionals; Direct assistance to parents and youth through phone and email; one-on-one mentoring from parent mentors; information and referral services; and web based services.
