Missouri Veterans Home

Provides long term skilled nursing care to Veterans in Missouri. To be eligible for admission a Veteran must have had previous active duty, during his or her lifetime must have lived in Missouri for 180 days, meet the criteria for Veteran status established by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, and require 24 hour skilled nursing care.
