Sikeston Regional Center for Developmental Disabilities

Provides services for individuals with developmental disabilities such as intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, autism, and epilepsy. Such conditions must have occurred before age 22 and be considered lifelong in duration. Service eligibility also requires the disability to have serious impact on multiple areas of functioning. Program implements a statewide system of supportive services that focus on assuring health and safety, supporting access to community participation, and increasing opportunities for meaningful employment.
