Southeastern Missouri Area Health Education Center

Partners with schools to work with high school and undergraduate students interested in the health care and oral health care fields. Offers shadowing programs, workshops and field trips to introduce students to a career in health care. Also works to recruit students to attend Missouri schools and return to practice medicine in rural areas. Program can help any students in grades 9 through 12 who display a strong interest in pursuing a career in healthcare. Summer camps available for middle and high school students.
