Sunshine Villa Residential Care Facility
Facility is a 20 bed residential facility, not considered a nursing home. Facility accepts those ages 20 and over who don’t want to live alone. Accepts Social Security and SSI. Can also bill Medicaid. Residents need to be able to walk on their own and can work out in the community. Licensed under Division of Aging.
