Agency also works to promote job creation and economic development. Programs administered include: Housing Loans; Guaranteed Housing Loans; Repair Loans and Grants; Community & Business Loan and Grant Programs; Housing Preservation Grant Program; Business & Industry Guaranteed & Direct Loans; Community Facility Loans & Grants; Rural Business Enterprise Grants; Cooperative Development Grants; Solid Waste Management Grants; Economic Development Loans & Grants and more.
