Veteran’s Affairs Supported Housing Program

Supportive housing program for homeless veterans. Veteran must be VA health care eligible and meet the definition of homeless. Can be a single individual or family. If eligible, the veteran will enter the HUD program for income based housing. Case management and community support services are provided to assist veterans with permanent, safe and decent housing. Any veteran who is homeless and eligible for medical services. Cannot be a registered sex offender or have a history of violent crimes
