VISION USA

VISION USA helps low-income, uninsured people and their families by providing basic eye health and vision care services free of charge. VISION USA is open to children and adults. General eligibility requirements vary by state. To receive free services, you must:
1.Have no private or government insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid
2.Have income below an established level based on household size. Income level chart available on line or by phone
3.Not have had an eye exam within the past two years
4.Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal resident
5.Have not received a doctor referral through the VISION USA program in the past two years
InfantSEE provides a no-cost comprehensive infant eye and vision assessment within the first year of life, regardless of a family’s income or access to insurance coverage. Participating optometrists provide a comprehensive infant eye assessment between 6 and 12 months of age as a no-cost public service.
