Wolfner Talking Book and Braille Library
Provides informational and reading materials in braille and audio formats free-of-charge to Missourians who are unable to use standard print materials due to a visual or physical disability. Materials are mailed to and from library patrons at their homes, postage paid. The BARD download website and BARD mobile app also allows access to all talking books and digital braille files.
